Elite was founded in 2003 as an outsourcing solution in the IT manpower and staffing space for larger IT service organizations. For years, we’ve provided staffing solutions to clients facing challenges in both geographically remote areas of the U.S., as well as high volume metro areas.

Our company grew as a result of our selective approach to sourcing our staff and our responsive and hands-on management to the technicians in the field supporting our clients’ operations. This laid the foundation for our Technical Staffing division, offering a dedicated and responsive team of contract and contract-to-hire staff representing our clients’ organizations — and we took off from there.

Developing a mindful approach to staffing and honing our skills of carefully vetting and selecting the right fit for our clients’ needs, our client base quickly expanded to include a host of other departmental staffing needs, including data entry, customer service, admin/clerical, and call center staffing for a diverse range of industries.
